Dictionary of the Rutul language

The present dictionary is an online version of Kina Rutul dictionary prepared by Konstantin Filatov and Michael Daniel based on the field recordings they made in 2016-2018. The wordlist derives primarily from the Jena proposal for a unified comparative lexicon of the languages of Daghestan and intends to cover Swadesh list (100 and 200), Kibrik and Kodzasov's thesaurus for Daghestanian languages and some other lexical items, as well as words in the recorded texts. The online version includes basic forms of nouns (singular, plural and forms showing the formation of the oblique stem) and verbs (minimally perfective and imperfective stem). The audio is provided in wav format and includes three repetitions and a recording of the context required by Jena protocol. The Jena wordlist is not yet completed and is being collected in the field.
